| Our company, The-Lite-Ful Cheesecake™ was created out of a strong desire for delicious desserts without much of the concern for fat and calories and to share something special with everyone who appreciates delicacies that are exquisitely prepared!
As a low carb and low fat enthusiast and a weight conscious person, I know how hard it can be to find great tasting desserts that do not infringe on such a lifestyle. Coupled with that, is the frustration of not being able to share desserts with guests and friends.
It was this desire that prompted me to start developing recipes for cheesecakes which I am proud of and happy to share with friends and family. Taking into consideration friends and relatives with special dietary needs, I ensure that all my recipes are GLUTEN-FREE and are also available with NO-SUGAR-ADDED and LOWER-CARB content.
