PACKAGING
Our cheesecakes are shipped with every possible care to protect them from the vagaries of temperature fluctuation. We ship our cheesecakes frozen, protected in a custom designed insulated thermo-chill cooler to ensure the freshness and the integrity of the product. Due to the great care we take in packaging our product, they arrive at their destination either partially frozen or already thawed; but always fresh. We recommend to refrigerate our cheesecakes as soon as it is received. Back to Top |
STORAGE RECOMMENDATION
When properly refrigerated, either in a sealed container or completely wrapped, our cheesecakes will retain their freshness and smooth texture for two to three weeks. We do recommend eating our products within that time. Our cheesecakes can be kept frozen as long as they are properly sealed or wrapped. However, we recommend not to keep them frozen for more than 3 months. Back to Top

SHIPPING DISTANCE
We ship domestically only, anywhere within the continental United States. Our shipping destination does not include Puerto Rico, Alaska and Hawaii.

SHIPPING METHOD and RATES
To ensure that our product arrives at each destination fresh and in the best possible condition, we "Ship Overnight" only. Shipping rates vary as they are based on the weight of each package as well as the destination zip code. The shipping charges are visible for review before finalizing each transaction. Back to top |
SHIPPING SCHEDULE
To coincide with our objective to provide the freshest product, we do not ship on Friday as there is no regular delivery Saturday and Sunday. Orders submitted on Fridays and on the weekends are processed on the next business day. Since we bake fresh, we cannot always guarantee shipping within 24 hours. However, we do endeavor to process all orders within 72 hours.

SIZE and SERVING
Our Cheesecakes come in two sizes, 7 and 9 inches. They weigh anywhere between 2 to 5 Lbs depending on the size. Our 7 inch can serve 10 to 12 people. Our 9 inch can serve a maximum of 14 to 16 individual servings. What is evident in every bite is a creamy, rich taste that gently floats and tantalizes the palate. We believe that even true cheesecake connoisseurs cannot deny that the great creamy taste of our cheesecakes is quite superlative. No two cheesecakes will ever look identical. They might show some distinctive characteristics such as uneven surface. Any such "seeming signs of imperfection" are attributed to the fact that each cake is individually hand made. Back to top |
DELIVERY
Delivery cannot be made to P.O. boxes. A street address is required along with a telephone number. If no one is at the destination address to accept delivery of the merchandise, the package will be left at the given address. We are no longer responsible for the package once it has been delivered. Business addresses must include the name of the company, building number, suite number if applicable, a contact name within that company, and a phone number for the contact person. Back to top |
